Stop blatant voter fraud
With the power of the purse, the House should stop the blatant voter fraud happening in states like Ohio where they have "early voting" -- register and vote on the same day. With this setup, there are no bi-partisan poll observers and the addresses given are not checked until after election day. So thousands of homeless can be bused from county to county, register to vote with the local YMCA as their address, and vote the same day, then drive to the next county and do it again.
The Fed has no direct control over voting laws in states, but not having direct control hasn't stopped the federal government from affecting real change at the state level before. Conservatives generally, rightly, abhor federal interference in states operations, but this situation strikes at the heart of our one-person-one-vote system and threatens to throw a Presidential election to someone who wouldn't win on a fair counting.

Now it's happening in Nevada, too...
